Project summary :

Construction of a Center Parcs with 800 cottages in the 264-hectare Bois de la Mothe Chandenier to the north of Vienne.

Summary and TCE project management for the MOEX in the EXE phase of all the buildings in the village center (CVI) of 27,000m² with the Aquamundo (6,000m²) and its Spa (1,000m²), including 3,000m² of indoor pools and outdoors, the Greenhouse with its seminar center, its restaurants, its bowling alley, its games room, its shops...
