Project summary:

Complete rehabilitation of the existing 41-story PLEYEL tower into a luxury hotel and creation of a conference center and a 25-story high-rise building (IGH) tower and 2 parking levels.

• TCE Pre-Synthesis in APD and PRO phase Synthesis in EXE phase
• Mock-up of all technical packages and structure
• Establishment of the BIM charter and convention in the PRO phase.
